Danielle was extremely easy and straightforward to work with. Communications were always clear, prompt and polite, I never felt judged for the mess I got myself in and always felt reassured the team were on my side while keeping within the often complicated rules when dealing with HMRC. I'm extremely thankful that you managed to get the penalties down to the minimum. It was obvious you had a good relationship with HMRC and knew exactly how to communicate with them.
