KinsellaTax provides specialist tax investigation advice in Manchester, Cheshire and the Northwest.
We offer a comprehensive range of tax enquiry services and our team, consisting of ex-HMRC inspectors, is experienced in all types of tax and VAT investigations.
We act for all taxpayers that may be facing an HMRC inquiry, and we advise individuals, companies, and organisations, providing honest and expert advice in all areas of any investigation.
We are experts in assisting in Contractual Disclosure Facility (COP9 or Code of Practice 9) cases. A CDF is when HMRC suspect involvement in tax fraud, these are serious matters and in certain cases can result in a prison sentence.
We have dealt with many clients who have contacted us as a result of HMRC opening an investigation into their affairs. Due to our involvement and knowing how HMRC deal with these matters, not one of our clients has ever been sent to prison when we have handled their case as we have dealt with the case to both the clients and HMRC’s satisfaction.
We continue to offer offshore disclosure services, tax evasion, and tax avoidance advice services.
We are also experts in all types of VAT investigation matters, and many clients come to us when they become aware that HMRC is looking into their tax affairs as they know that we provide expert help and advice. A tax or VAT investigation can lead to prosecution. However, we have never had a client prosecuted due to their tax affairs – our experts make sure they are treated fairly by the revenue and the matter is resolved in the best possible way.
