POLICE SERGEANT SAVED FROM RUIN
A police sergeant was served notice under section 144 that criminal prosecution was being contemplated.
Kinsellas handled the case and in less than 12 months had the matter cleared without any criminal or civil prosecution.
HMRC ADMIT WRONGLY THREATENING TAX PAYER AND LYING OVER £90,000 ALLEGED DEBT
Kinsellas were instructed after bailiffs called at a client’s house who was a chartered accountant threatening further legal proceedings.
Kinsellas obtained an apology from the Revenue and admittance that they had lied over the alleged county court debt of £90,000. We are still waiting to hear from Dave Hartnett.
